STEP 01

Create Your Profile!

  • Sign up for SECC Employers Account
  • Follow the steps and complete the SECC Employers profile
  • Pay the registration fee and complete the registration
  • Employer to share available job openings with SECC

STEP 02

Assessment & Shortlisting

  • SECC to match/ shortlist relevant candidates from SECC’s candidate database
  • SECC to send potential candidates profiles to the employer

STEP 03

Interview & Selection

  • Employer to shortlist the most suitable candidates and notify to SECC
  • SECC to coordinate with candidate on the interview process and arrange interview
  • Employer to make decision on interviewed candidates and offer job placement if selected
  • Candidate to accept the job offer
  • SECC to receive 50% of referral fees from the employer
  • SECC to make necessary arrangements for the candidates arrival and provide relocation assistance (if requested by the candidate)
  • SECC to receive balance 50% of referral fees from the employer within seven days from work commencement
